Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Order Cancellations:

 

  • Full refund if canceled more than 10 days before the event.
  • 50% refund if canceled between 3 to 7 days before the event.
  • No refund if canceled less than 3 days before the event.
  1. Service Issues:

    • If there are any issues with the quality of our food or services, please contact us within 24 hours of your event to discuss potential refunds or replacements.

Non-Refundable Items

  1. Custom orders or specialized menus that require unique ingredients.
  2. Any deposits made for large events (over 100 guests) are non-refundable but can be applied to future bookings if canceled more than 14 days before the event.

Timeframes

  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

Process for Return/Replace Requests

Cancellation Policy

Procedures for Cancellation

Cancellation Fees

  1. Orders canceled more than 7 days before the event: No cancellation fee.
  2. Orders canceled between 3 to 7 days before the event: 50% of the total order amount.
  3. Orders canceled less than 3 days before the event: 100% of the total order amount.

Requirements for Cancellation

  1. All cancellation requests must be made via email or phone and confirmed by our team.
  2. For large events (over 100 guests), a written cancellation notice is required at least 14 days before the event to avoid forfeiting the deposit.
